Clemente's Clubhouse offers the following Returns Policy:

Items may be returned for a refund if returned within 14 Days.  Purchase price will be returned but not the shipping amount.  Buyer is responsible for shipping amount to return items.  Merchandise must returned in the same condition that it was received.  Failure to do so will result in forfieture of the bidding amount also.  Please email me with any problems before mailing the item back for a return.  Any autograph that does not pass authentication from one of the major authentication firms (JSA or PSA) will receive a full refund of your purchase price once it has been returned to me.  Any autograph that comes with any type of third party authentication is deemed to be real by that firm and is therefore not refundable for authenticity purposes.
