It is titled "Don Mattingly - Player of the Year". This piece is made of fine porcelain and is not made for food use. This work "Don Mattingly - Player of the Year" was limited to 2500 and it appears to be a "PROOF" as it is not numbered. The back of the plate is shown in the pictures and is different than the one that was issued through Sports impressions The edge is coated with 24 karat gold trim.
